Whew!  

We have just closed on a very successful ski season here in Park City/ Deer Valley.  All of our resorts had a great year and we are still receiving more snow.  We will need it to keep our beautiful summer months green and our rivers full; our fishing is some of the best in the west.

Real estate took a big turn in December 2012 with property in all price ranges flying off the shelves.  We have some areas of the market where low inventory are causing multiple offers and prices to rise.  Vacant lots in prime areas are in demand again.
