Peggy Marty has a family history in real estate. Her entire family is, or has been, involved in the industry and she very much likes carrying on the tradition. Her specialty is ranch estates, condominiums and upper end properties in the Park City area.

"My favorite type of property to assist Buyers and Sellers with would have to be land - anything from small lots to huge ranches. In fact, the largest parcel I've ever sold was over 60 square miles! The sale and acquisition of land requires skills not typically seen in the residential market. My extensive knowledge of Utah water rights as well as area zoning is invaluable to your real estate transactions."

Peggy is an active member of the Park City Board of Realtors and currently serves as a member of the Standards & Practices Committee. She has served as a Director of the Park City Board as well as the President of that organization. Peggy is involved in other community activities, particularly in the area of planning and zoning issues, and the Special Olympics.

An avid horsewoman, Peggy is a member of the Utah Paint Horse Club. She and her husband, Michael, raise, breed and show world champion Paint Horses on their ranch in Woodland, Utah.
